Sequencing and sequencing projects Full service sequencing is provided for problematic DNAs like cosmids, phage DNA, fosmids, BACs and PACs, or other DNAs with high GC content or hard to overcome  secondary structures, including repetition of the cycle sequencing setup to improve the first result. Sequencing projects like Shot Gun sequencing of large constructs, Whole Genome sequencing, and Genomic Walking are covered in this category.
