The FullService is a more advanced step. Our experience at SEQLAB in chemistry and the CS evaluation enables us to identify just about every sequence, thus bringing us to the reputation of ‘problem solvers’. There are virtually no DNAs with secondary structures which find their way to SEQLAB and remain undeciphered.

 

What we need:

SEQLAB needs for Full-Service sequencing of plasmids and PCR-products the same DNA/primer amounts and concentrations as described under "AdvantageRead"
It is advisable to send the amount for up to five sequencing reactions, since the sequencing of difficult DNA templates requires several different and parallel sequencing attempts.
Please state, what kind of difficulty might be expected (e.g. stem-loop, GC-rich, etc.). If you can send us a sequence-electropherogram, depicting the obvious problem, this would be highly appreciated.
